Our Story

Legacy Honey Co. was founded by Brandon and Andrew, in northern Minnesota. With over 30 years of combined experience in the beekeeping world, we have spent years learning what truly defines exceptional honey—from the health of the bees to the integrity of the people who care for them.

The idea for Legacy Honey Co. was born out of a problem we saw firsthand. Too many honest beekeepers were being forced to sell their honey for less than it costs to produce. We believed there had to be a better way. Rather than racing to the bottom, we set out to find honey worthy of a premium—and to pay beekeepers a premium price that respects their work, their craft, and their livelihood.

Over the years, we have sampled hundreds of honeys from across the United States. Through that journey, we discovered what we believe to be some of the finest honey this country has to offer. Our standards are uncompromising, and every jar we sell reflects that commitment.

Family is at the core of everything we do. Legacy Honey Co. was built not only to create a great product, but to involve our children and teach them what it means to build something the right way. We want them to learn responsibility, respect, and the value of honest work—lessons we believe will outlast any business.
